  • 100 g rapeseed oil
  • 20 g mustard
  • 20 g rice or white wine vinegar
  • 20 g RYU Wasabi paste 
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Pour the soy milk, mustard and rapeseed oil into a measuring cup.
  2. Next, add the rice vinegar or white wine vinegar and the RYU Wasabi paste.
