wasabi hamburger
with the RYU Wasabi paste
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g minced beef or 4 vegan burger patties
- ¼ piece of red onion
A handful of rocket salad - 100 g seedless raspberry jam
- 15 g rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 15 g water
- 10 g RYU Wasabi paste
- ½ clove of garlic
- 2 pieces of cloves
- 100 g gorgonzola cut into slices
- 4 burger buns
some salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS - rasberry ketchup
- Bring the raspberry jam to the boil in a pan with the vinegar, water, cloves, a pinch of salt and a finely chopped clove of garlic.
- Leave to cool for 30 minutes and fish out the cloves. Then stir in the RYU Wasabi paste.
INSTRUCTIONS - Hamburger
- Shape the mince into 4 equal-sized patties, halve the burger buns and peel and finely slice the red onion.
- Fry the patties on the grill or in the pan and turn.
- Briefly top with the Gorgonzola slices and wait until the cheese has melted.
- Toast the burger buns briefly and then top with the wasabi raspberry ketchup, patties, rocket and onion.
