wasabi pineapple coleslaw
with the RYU Wasabi paste
INGREDIENTS
- ½ piece of white cabbage
- ½ piece red cabbage
- 3 pieces medium sized carrots
- ½ piece pineapple, finely diced
- 2 pieces organic lime
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 tube of RYU Wasabi paste
- A little salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the cabbage and carrots into fine strips. Place everything in a bowl, mix lightly with salt and set aside.
- In the meantime, put the mayonnaise, sour cream and finely chopped garlic cloves in another bowl. Add the RYU Wasabi paste, lime juice and zest and mix into a creamy dressing.
- When the dressing is ready, drain the water from the cabbage and remove it.
- Finely dice the pineapple and mix it together with the cabbage and the prepared dressing.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
