wasabi pineapple coleslaw

with the RYU Wasabi paste

  • ½ piece of white cabbage
  • ½ piece red cabbage
  • 3 pieces medium sized carrots
  • ½ piece pineapple, finely diced
  • 2 pieces organic lime
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tube of RYU Wasabi paste
  • A little salt and pepper
  1. Cut the cabbage and carrots into fine strips. Place everything in a bowl, mix lightly with salt and set aside.
  2. In the meantime, put the mayonnaise, sour cream and finely chopped garlic cloves in another bowl. Add the RYU Wasabi paste, lime juice and zest and mix into a creamy dressing.
  3. When the dressing is ready, drain the water from the cabbage and remove it.
  4. Finely dice the pineapple and mix it together with the cabbage and the prepared dressing.
  5. Season with a little salt and pepper.
